Today is the day of the end. The end of the color photo challenge.

These are red flowers, duh, but where did I find these flowers you ask? Planted around the tree of our dream house that we have an offer in on. Please, please, please think well wishes and send me lots of luck! We stopped by today to look around the HUGE backyard and pretend it was ours and while we were there a family stopped by to do the same thing! I wanted to spit on the house and claim it as mine. I controlled myself, but I felt my mouth filling with spit…(too much of a visual?).

Our private inspection is tomorrow and hopefully the city one later this week. I’m a nervouswreck. I might see C♥ cry if we lose this house…

UPDATE: Furnace is fixed (fingers are still crossed, maybe they are frozen that way) but C lost a day at work…not that he’s complaining P Nani has stopped giving him dirty looks and is apparently sleeping on the floor. Woohoo Family Heating and Cooling for all their advice without taking huge chunks of money out of our bare pockets!

In case you didn’t know…

This is ‘effin cold. Nani keeps giving us the whites of her eyes…SHE’S PISSED! Like we like when it’s this cold in our house. Keep your fingers crossed, C’s down in the basement cleaning off the 3 Wire Pilot Assembly (as recommended by the heating and cooling place) we got a replacement part in case that doesn’t work. I also bought a better heater from Walmart so maybe Nani would stop giving us dirty looks. Well my fingers are frozen so I’ll update you later…

I’ve been kind of extremely crabby if you haven’t noticed. And if you didn’t notice it was because you haven’t talked to me (um call a girl sometime?!). I don’t know why I’m crabby, I just seem to wake up that way, especially this week. Yesterday little “birthday” things set me off (not Lisa’s). And then just little nit-picky things that I don’t want to can admit were probably blown WAY out of proportion, but I can’t help it if I’m vile and mean. C’mon I’m getting on my own nerves, don’t you think if I could do something about it I would?!

To add insult to injury our realtor called today to tell us that our offer we put in on Tuesday was not only rejected but the bank took another one. Apparently there were 4 offers on the table. SONSABITCHES STOLE OUR HOUSE! But in all reality I’m sure we weren’t meant to have that house (Pella windows, hot tub, bathroom upstairs and everything else awesome about it) and “our” house will come in the future. (Look I’m trying to make myself feel better, so if you aren’t going to nod your head and look sympathetic I don’t want to hear it)

Seriously, there is only one question to ask today: Is it Friday yet?!
