I woke up this morning wanting to do a few things I know I won’t do.

1. I won’t call/text to tell you I miss you more than usual today
2. I won’t make a special trip to give you a hug after the message you sent me on facebook
3. I won’t fly down to Florida impromptu to meet you

(this is a little confusing, even for me.  All those you‘s are different people)

Instead here is a list for Grace in Small Things

1. My first jog with Scooby, he did surprisingly better than I thought
2. C going to the store last night to get me girl stuff because I was out
3. Having a job
4. Bobbles is feeling better after having to give her antibiotics for a bladder infection
5. Scooby came back after running away for an hour yesterday morning
6. Advil for my headaches
7. Planning vacations on short notice
8. Hanging out with T (my cousin)
9. Twitter & gchat – I’m not sure how I’d get thru my workday without it
10. Etsy – I ordered these really cute paintings, I can’t wait for them to get here

Grace in Small Things: Are you finding them?

You should join me!  Battle against embitterment.

I think this is a great idea. I’ve seen it on a few of your blogs and I think that I need to remind myself of the small things in life. Those are what count. So without further ado…

1. Seeing my Dad at least 2 times a week for Tae Kwon Do. He’s always been a teacher to me.
2. Quick and easy dinners that only take 10 minutes to prepare
3. Hot showers
4. My laptop
5. My car, I spend a lot of time in it!

I can’t promise I’ll do this every day but I’m going to try.  Especially on the days when I’m a crabby mo’fo!
