& that's the way life goes

I’m not exactly happy that summer is over, but it’s not like we didn’t know it was coming.  Sticking with looking on the bright side here are some fall things I’m looking forward to.

• † Cider Mill – When we lived in Florida this was the thing I missed most when October rolled around
• † Leaves changing color
• † Hockey Season Starting – Go Wings!!
• † Baking up a storm – the cooler weather makes me want to heat up the kitchen
• † Cider with Hot Dam
• † Using the crockpot more – I just bought a slowcooker cookbook
• † Blankets/cuddling on the couch – not feeling bad for not leaving the house because the weather is rainy and damp
• † Fires in the fireplace
• † Jeans and hoodies
