Because Wishcake is so inspiring and because I hate when I’m all emo about my body, I’ve decided to join in Work It Out Weekends
The Hell Yes!
Monday – 10 minutes on the god-awful treadmill and 30 minutes of the 30 day shred
Tuesday – 1.5 hours of taekwondo (including stretching, warm-ups, sit-ups and testing preparation)
Wednesday – 1.5 hours of taekwondo (including stretching, warm-ups, sit-ups and testing preparation)
Friday - 1.5 hours of taekwondo (including stretching, warm-ups, sit-ups and testing preparation)
Saturday – 45 minutes intense sparring (taekwondo fighting). I left the dojo literally dripping (dripping! sick) in sweat and with bruises in places they shouldn’t exist.
Sunday – 1.5 hours of aerial yoga with Sarah and Mandy (which will get it’s own post!)
The Hell No!

Being so hungry when I got home from sparring on Saturday that i had a muffin and then went out for a calorie filled breakfast with C.
The stuffing my face with the pumpkin oatmeal muffins i made
Cannolis
*do you notice that I can’t resist sweets, candy, chocolate and cheese? mmmmmm
I think that I’m off to a good start, I just need to keep at it

dang, you go girl! i will stick with yoga twice a week and splits and pull ups in the meantime.

that’s was a lot of fun! thank you for letting me know about it. I would have never done anything like that without someone telling me about it (and of course taking it with me)!
The workouts sound awesome!
Sometimes food is difficult to ignore. I try very hard not to buy anything remotely bad for me or just pretend it doesn’t exist!

I think you should just leave the Hell No’s out, because you kicked butt this week. Plus, you can’t let yourself bad for eating

Gosh girl, you are awesome! I’m so jealous of your productive week. Maybe I’ll try to do half as good this week as you did last. Help motivate me?

@JenRem, honestly? i lost almost 20lbs (in 2 years with taekwondo) and I struggle to keep it off. Nothing motivates me more than thinking about how much money I had to spend to buy clothes that fit lol

WOW look at you go! That’s awesome that you worked out everyday this week, I’d say that would deserve for some treats!!! PS I saw the pics on FB, it looks like you had a GREAT time at the aerial yoga

haha… i love the Hell Yes and Hell No sections. awesome.
You’re definitely driven to succeed and very active. I’m not that dedicated. I should be if I’m goin to run a marathon this year!!

@Maeko, isn’t your marathon in hawaii?!
Yep! It’s in Hawaii in December. Kind of a reason to go, plus a time for us to shop apartments and what not.
