		<description>I love Level 3! It&#039;s very challenging and I sweat like crazy but ...I didn&#039;t see results and I did it for over a month (and sometimes 2 and 3 times a day).  Now I&#039;m biking regularly (10 miles a day) and I&#039;m already seeing results after 1 1/2 weeks.  I plan to keep strength training though!

Oh, once I got to where Jillian&#039;s voice annoyed me doing the same workout every day, I did the workout while muted and just kept on that way and then eventually, I  did the workout without watching at all, AND I always worked out longer that way :)

Ha! But yes, i did think that doing that right before a run would be good - her work outs + run would give you that &quot;long skinny&quot; look, I think. The work outs I like are designed for strength and make me look stocky, but that&#039;s ok.
