I’m not as badass as Kat. I put in level 2 today and I feel comfortable that I will probably do this one for about a week. It was a little harder that the first level, as it should be. I like the ab and cardio circuits better in this one. It’s funny because a couple of the moves she does we do at tae kwon do. I also broke more of a sweat.
Jillian gets on my nerves. A lot of the time I just want to tell her to shut the fuck up and just let me workout. That’s just me though.
This was a good preworkout before my run later.
UPDATE: So the only thing a little bit sore are my quads. Maybe I do need to try level 3? My abs and arms aren’t sore at all. I feel like I work those muscles more during the week kicking bags…hmmmmmmmmmmm

See…Level 2 is a toughie. Level 1 isn’t hard for me either. Level 3 is supposed to be a b*tch. Lots of plyos. I hate plyos. I have added a lot more cardio now too. Fantastic!
glad your found level 2 more challening! I really just need to start using my dvd. ugh…. tomorrow. i swear.
Reinventing Amy’s last blog post..2 weeks and I’ll be wearing this…
You’re already giving it more of a chance than me!!
Ha! But yes, i did think that doing that right before a run would be good – her work outs + run would give you that “long skinny” look, I think. The work outs I like are designed for strength and make me look stocky, but that’s ok.

I think I need to pick up this workout, EVERYONE is doing it! I just have a hard time finding videos I like, the instructors always manage to annoy the crap out of me. After reading this I’m sure that will become my problem lol.

I love Level 3! It’s very challenging and I sweat like crazy but …I didn’t see results and I did it for over a month (and sometimes 2 and 3 times a day). Now I’m biking regularly (10 miles a day) and I’m already seeing results after 1 1/2 weeks. I plan to keep strength training though!
Oh, once I got to where Jillian’s voice annoyed me doing the same workout every day, I did the workout while muted and just kept on that way and then eventually, I did the workout without watching at all, AND I always worked out longer that way
