The only man a girl can depend on is her father.  At least that is the way it should be.  I guess I’m lucky.  My dad would do just about anything for me.  No we don’t talk about deep personal stuff but I know if I wanted to open up he’d listen.  If I ever need anything all I have to do is call.  C thinks its an insult when he sneers and calls me a daddy’s girl, but I don’t see it that way at all.

He came over this morning and helped me rip up the soggy, nasty carpet in the basement and then we carried it outside.  I’m not exaggerating when I say that helps so much with the damp, musty smell emitting from down there.

After he left I used to dry vac to suck up any excess water.  The whole ripping up nasty carpet isn’t helping with my sniffles andcoughing.  All that is left to do is mop with some bleach and start drying stuff out that is salvagable.  :(

I’m the same way with my dad. I’m SUCH a daddy’s girl! He’d do anything for me, and I appreciate him SO much for it. =)

I’m exactly the same way – remember, we’re this way for damn good reason. Dad’s the only one we can count on all the time.

The first thing I do when I have trouble with something is my dad. When I was in a car accident I kept saying; Call my dad! Call my dad! lol I’m proud to be a daddy’s girl. ;)

I’m glad he helped you Ria!

I am 37 and still go to my dad all the time for advice help! Sometimes I think it bugs my husband but other times he is the first to say, “what does your dad think?”
