So today was very productive.
- I went to tae kwon do and hurt my ankle AGAIN. It was never really all better but it was getting there. I swearz. I swearz!!!
- I went to the grocery store and got some snackies. I think we are going to have people over tomorrow night.
- I went to the doctor’s office for my scheduled appointment. Blah. That’s what I feel like now. FAIL.
- I ran the dishwasher.
And now on the things that I need to do still.
- Work the hours I still need to work for this week
- Clean the pig cages
- Figure out what I’m going to buy from etsy this week
So Laylou from Walking through the Rain asked me to share some of my 10 minute dinners. I was going to email her back but if anyone else is interested I’ll post them here. I’m not a gourmet cook, C and I usually aren’t both home until after 8pm so a quick dinner 3 times a week is a must. So they are simple and easy. Let me know!
