Someone stole my gloves out of my car last night!
I know what you are thinking “are you sure you just didn’t misplace them?”
No I did not. I know this because:
1. I’m not anal rententive about many things but I am about my hat and gloves. I keep them on the center thing in my car so I have them for my walk into my building in the morning. I always look at them and say “why don’t I bring them in so they aren’t cold in the morning” but then I think “well I don’t put them on until I get to work and by then my car is toasty”.
2. My hat was laying (lying?) in the backseat
3. My sunglasses (usually in my cupholder) were on the drivers seat.
4. The stuff in my center compartment was thrown on the passenger’s seat.
5. The little compartment where I keep cds was open.
So yes someone was in my car and they stole my gloves. Seriously?! C is always telling me to lock my doors but I didn’t think about it when I got home from the grocery store yesterday because it was still light out. We wouldn’t have this problem if I could just pull my car in the garage (that is a different post, a more angry one).
I’m upset those were my favorite gloves they were gray wool with fleece inside. Granted they were over a year old and dirty but STILL. If you are reading this and you STOLE my gloves please give them back. kthx.

that really sucks. I can totally relate to the gloves/hat thing though. I’ve had a pair of gloves that I love since HS. I would go nuts if I didn’t have them anymore.
well on the bright side- you can get new ones?

That sucks! My car was broken into before (broken glass), but NOTHING was stolen, which was weird.
Hopefully, you’ll find some new gloves you love as much as the old pair.

Ah! What an invasion of space! That sucks – my car’s been broken into more than once (JERKS!), so you’re lucky the glass wasn’t broken (that’s a bitch to fix). But that sucks about your gloves!

I can’t imagine. Even if ya lock your door, they can still smash the window if they really wanted to covet those beautimous soft and fluffy gloves….
Maybe next time you could put the beautiful gloves under a newspaper, or in the center console – out of sight – so as not to temp the “obviously fashion conscience” thieves!
Maybe you could also pick out a hideous replacement? Some bad color combo and scratchy texture….

Man… they broke into your car & they took off with only your gloves. That’s just plain mean & vindictive.

That sucks! At least they didn’t take everything, I think I would have suffer more for my sunglasses. They were expensive
