I don’t actually wake up until about 9am. This can cause problems when I have to be to work by 8, meaning I have to leave my house at 7.
This morning I was blissfully unaware of anything. Traffic had slowed to a crawl, which is unusual, but I had the brains to at least figure there was an accident. I was lost in my thoughts as I approached the off ramp to another freeway. All of a sudden I’m snapped out of my bubble by someone yelling, “I have to get over you fucking bitch” I looked over to see this woman in a minivan who had rolled down her window. My first thought was, “who is she yelling at” followed by “oh I guess me” so I smiled at her and I continued to inch forward. She was forced to get behind me. I won’t lie I got a little happy at this. As we passed the accident she pulled around me and flipped me the bird. In response, I smiled again at her. I really wish I would have thought to wave.
I guess someone is having a bad day
