they’re beautiful, and very thoughtful too!
my husband never give me flowers. i’m just fortunate that i have a mother-in-law who remembers to buy them for me.

Yeah, you’re right. it is the thought that counts and it’s sweet… but i guess i’m mean but when my husband did that to me, all i could do was go take a shower (he did it after a field exercise) and basically i had to tell him that roses don’t make upfor two years of him not listening to what i needed out of this relationship.

but htat’s just me

I think you’re right, it is the thought that counts. Men very rarely listen to *anything* women say – it’s part of their makeup. I’d be thrilled just to get flowers

i do this all the time. over-analyze the flower giving. i need to get better at just enjoying them. =)
