Regardless of who it is or what it’s about if you have a vision of someone in your head and you run into them and it ruins what you had previously thought, is it better to know the truth or to keep the fantasy alive ?

if it’s a person who is an integral part of your life, it is better to know the truth. If not, then it is better to keep the fantasy alive.
I’d say better to know the truth. But that’s just me. And it probably depends on your relationship with said person.
